  • Precut services

  • Business Training for Types of Business (e.g., DTF, printing, embroidery)

These services are available to both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) customers.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Site and Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration or service requests.

  • Use our Services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Same-Day Service: For local orders placed before 12 PM, we offer same-day service with pickup available at 6 PM (Depending on availability).

  • Local Pickup and/or Same-Day Service after 6 PM: This may vary based on current workload and, in some cases, may be delayed until 6 PM the next day.

  • Rush Orders: Rush orders are available upon request for expedited processing. Please contact us for pricing and availability, and our team will prioritize your order to meet your specific timeline.

7. Refund and Returns Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom products, returns or exchanges may not be possible. For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • Blanks and Stock Items: Returns for stock items are allowed, but we may charge restocking fees in some cases.

12. Licensed Designs

At Alamo DTF Center, we accept designs from customers under the assumption that they have the necessary licenses or rights to use the submitted designs. By submitting a design to us, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have obtained the appropriate licenses to use and print the design. Alamo DTF Center will not be responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided designs.

If a design submitted by the customer is subject to licensing, and the customer fails to provide proof of such licensing upon request, Alamo DTF Center reserves the right to cancel the order at any stage.

We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order involving designs that may potentially infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Antonio, Texas.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use our Site and Services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
